You must have experience of typing correspondence, managing clinical diaries and referral management according to the guidelines. You will be expected to provide a full centralised automated appointment system by undertaking duties within the community and therapies single point of access centres. There will be a requirement to learn the patient administration systems to work effectively within a paperless environment. This is full time role of 37.5 hours a week, working Monday - Friday. You will be expected to participate in the 3 shift pattern to provide administrative, working 08:00 - 16:00, 09.00 - 17.00 or 10.00 - 18.00 on a rota basis along with weekend working to facilitate 7 day working and bank holidays as and when required..
