Interviews will take place on Thursday 19th December, 2024 This post will enable the Department of Medicine for Older People to ensure that the Trust continues to deliver specialist care to patients with neuro degenerative disease and particularly patients with Parkinson's disease and provide clinical and speciality leadership for the service. The post is for 10 PAs DCC - 7.5 PASPA - 2.5 PA Currently, the weekend rota for the department is provided by 2 independent rotas. There is a DMOP 1 in 8 on call rota with emphasis on frailty unit ward rounds on the Frailty unit and review of new patients following a set board rounds on core geriatrics wards . The non-stroke geriatricians contribute to the 'Physician of the Day' rota for out of hours on take for which a supplement is paid.
