The service offers a broad and diverse range of treatments to patients suffering from a range of substance misuse issues. Hours This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00. Salary This is a full time role, and the salary is £49,848 - £55,996, depending on experience. How will we support you? As our new Substance Misuse Team Senior Manager, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include: Having overall oversight and responsibility for the Substance Misuse Team, including line management responsibility, as well as performance management and HR Manage the delivery of a busy and dynamic substance misuse service, providing psychosocial treatment interventions Provide effective leadership to the SMS team, whilst forming part of the Senior Leadership Team onsite Review and improve the service offered to patients, ensuring that the team are delivering a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to the patients Lead, guide and develop the team as we roll out our new One Team approach Support the Head of Healthcare as necessary If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
