What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your experience with data management systems and tools? Which software are you most proficient in?
2. What has been your experience with managing clinical data, particularly in a healthcare setting?
3. How do you ensure data accuracy and integrity in your work?
4. Can you walk us through a project where you were responsible for developing or modifying a database? What challenges did you face, and how did you resolve them?
5. Have you previously worked with Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) or similar metrics? What insights did you gain from that experience?
6. What do you understand about Neuroendocrine Tumours and the specific data management needs associated with them?
7. How familiar are you with the requirements of the NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee service specification?
8. Can you discuss any experience you have in compliance monitoring within healthcare services?
9. Describe a time when you had to collaborate with clinical staff or researchers. How did you ensure effective communication and understanding between the teams?
10. In this role, you will report directly to the Service Manager and Lead NET Consultant. How would you approach building a strong working relationship with them?
11. Can you provide an example of a data-related problem you encountered and how you approached solving it?
12. The NET service is involved in digital innovation projects. How do you stay abreast of changes and advancements in health informatics, and how would you apply this knowledge in your role?
13. What motivated you to apply for this specific role within the Neuroendocrine Tumour Service?
14. How do you prioritise tasks when faced with multiple competing data requests and tight deadlines?
15. Why do you believe it is essential to maintain a high standard of data management in a clinical setting?
16. How comfortable are you with speaking Welsh, and how do you think this could impact your effectiveness in this role?
17. If you’re not a Welsh speaker, are you willing to learn? How would you approach this?
18. Where do you see opportunities for improvement within data management practices in a healthcare setting, particularly in relation to NETs?
19. How do you envision contributing to the ongoing innovation within the NET service over the course of your 18-month tenure?
