2. How do you ensure your therapeutic approach is patient-centred? Could you provide an example of a time when you adapted your practice based on a service user's feedback?
3. What strategies do you use to assess the complex mental health needs of children and young people?
4. In your previous roles, how have you evaluated the effectiveness of your therapeutic interventions? What measures have you found most useful?

6. How do you foster collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team, especially when working towards shared treatment goals?
7. Describe a time when you facilitated joint assessments with other professionals. What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
8. How do you approach risk assessment when planning Arts Therapy sessions for service users with complex presentations?
9. Can you provide an example of how you have integrated your clinical skills into a broader treatment plan for a service user?
10. Describe a particularly challenging case you worked on. What was your approach, and what were the outcomes?

12. How do you ensure that your work aligns with the strategic goals of the Getting Help Pathway?
13. What methods do you use to keep up to date with developments in Arts Therapy and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)?
14. How do you incorporate service user reported experience into your therapy planning and evaluation processes?
15. Imagine a situation where a child shows reluctance to engage in the therapeutic process. What steps would you take to encourage their participation?
