Applicant should be qualified and a registered nursing associate with NMC. You will have the opportunity to gain orthopaedics nursing skills and you will be supported with supernumerary period in the ward. You will need to be enthusiastic, be able to use your own initiative, and have well developed time-management and communication skills. You will need to have the flexibility to work a variable shift pattern between 07.00- 19.30. Provide reassurance, support to patients, carers and family and communicate care plan efficiently. Ensure own actions help to maintain quality care.
