About us More detail about the role The post-holder will be mentored by a practicing consultant surgeon. The post holder will be fully on the junior doctor on-call rota; a 1:8 full shift pattern for days on call and 1:10 nights. Approximately one day a week will be on-call and half a day a week designated to the Quality Improvement projects. This time will be bleep free and protected. Outside of these times, the QI Fellow will work in the context of the Peri-Operative Team.
