About us Lead the Falls Service across specified areas of responsibility to ensure a unified approach to care, consistent standards of care and patient access. To lead on the development of appropriate policies and standards relating to services auditing results and responses. To review local services for falls and fractures to identify gaps and to establish a baseline for service delivery, including the identification of multi-agency resources currently supporting Falls and fractures Influence the care provided by other Health and Social care professionals through provision of guidance and involvement in formal teaching Demonstrates a highly developed specialist knowledge within own discipline underpinned by current evidence-based practice acting as a reference for colleagues and other agencies.
