{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nSenior Assistant Psychologist with Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust in Northampton\n\n We are pleased to advertise for a Senior Assistant Psychologist to join Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's (NHFT) Urgent Care and Assessment Service (UCAT). This post will be supervised by, and support the work of a qualified Clinical Psychologist, working within UCAT. The successful candidate will support the provision of psychological assessments and interventions with clients under the care of UCAT, contribute to enhancing psychological understanding within the MDT and may assist with audit and service evaluation projects. Regular clinical supervision will be provided, as are many opportunities to learn about a wide range of presentations and services due to the integrated nature of the Psychology Services within NHFT. Depending on the demands of the above role, clinical experience can be offered in a variety of areas, including individual and group work. It is essential that applicants have a recognised undergraduate degree in Psychology and have the Graduate Basis for Registration with the British Psychological Society. Experience of working within adult mental health services would be beneficial. Experience of delivering individual psychological interventions and research skills would be advantageous. We want to recruit a diverse workforce, who are values driven, compassionate and have a desire to deliver high quality care every day.
