The hours are as follows: Monday 14.45-18.45 Tuesday 12.30-4.30 Wednesday 09.00-13.00 Thursday 07.45-11.45 Friday 12.30-16.30 You will need to be flexible on occasions to working extra hours to cover staff holidays. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service/patient experience and offers excellent communication skills. Typing referral letters and medical reports. Answering telephone and assisting as necessary. Responding to queries and requests for assistance from patients/visitors. Making appointments and managing the booking system. Filing of patient records and other confidential documents. Data inputting. Issuing repeat prescriptions. General reception/admin duties as required.
