In this role you will be responsible for managing the National delivery of identified building projects to deliver Stakeholder satisfaction to time, cost and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the investigation and development of Estates Solutions to support Strategic Objectives. Delivering Service excellence by developing and managing specific projects to the highest professional standards, complying with all relevant internal and external standards, regulations, and instructions. Liaising and communicating project progress and issues with all project stakeholders from Executive Directors to Contractors, guiding and assisting with securing contractual agreements. Developing designs, specifications and managing projects through to commissioning and completion within agreed financial budgets. Producing detailed drawings, specifications, tender documents, and complete contract documentation together with NHSBT tendering templates. Being a subject matter offer and professional construction or building advice to stakeholders. A fulltime, Band 8b opportunity to join and progress with NHSBT. Opportunity to work with a national organisation and be based in any of our major centres such as Bristol, Birmingham, London (Tooting or Colindale) and Barnsley. NHSBT promotes flexible working opportunities and this role is hybrid. 27 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time) plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years service and to 33 days after 10 years.
