You will work closely with the comprehensive stroke services at CUH, and with the Internationally renowned stroke research unit within the University of Cambridge. The group have an extremely successful record of recruiting to a wide range of studies from hyper-acute stroke to prevention and rehabilitation studies and is one of the highest stroke recruiting teams in England . The post holder will join a team of CRN funded staff. They will be responsible for identifying eligible clinical research participants, provision of information and support to patients/ participant, study recruitment and consent, co-ordination of study treatment/ interventions, data collection according to study protocols, and participant follow-up. They will be responsible for ensuring all research is conducted according to ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines for the well-being of patient/study participants. This post will require the successful applicant to work a shift pattern of Monday-Friday 9-5, this is subject to change in the future.
