ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone. Our ideal candidate must: Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner. Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite. Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors. Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years.
