In this role, the advisor will create a positive first point of contact both in-person and via telephone, ensuring a welcoming public image. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, assisting with show rounds, overseeing sales inquiries and admissions, and supporting the Home Administrator when necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.
