Main duties of the job As a Care Navigator you will work on front desk, greeting patients and dealing with any enquiries they may have. You will also be required to answer the phones and deal with enquires, both roles can be very busy, so you will need to be able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and under pressure. As an administrator you will be required to rotate on admin duty, this will include processing work flow documents, appointments, emails, tasks, referrals and other duties that may be required. There are daily, weekly and monthly jobs that are required of the admin team and you will be expected to carry out these tasks in a timely manner. You will have links with our PCN and other outside agencies as and when required.
