In March 2024 they applied for transformational funds from Specialised Commissioning North West with agreement from Greater Manchester (GM) Integrated care board (ICB) team to undertake a CKD Pilot in the Greater Manchester area. The post holder will work alongside CKD lead and QI Manager for the Network. Establish a Network of collaboration amongst GP practices within Oldham and Tameside.
