The role of CKD Project Administrator in Salford at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust involves supporting the North West Kidney Network's initiative on chronic kidney disease (CKD) in Greater Manchester. The post holder will collaborate with the CKD lead and Quality Improvement (QI) Manager to foster partnerships among GP practices in Oldham and Tameside. Key responsibilities include standardizing documentation, managing IT access and clinic room arrangements, organizing webinars, and facilitating communication between primary care and nephrologists. Additionally, the administrator will track engagement and outcomes related to the CKD pilot project.
