What to expect

15. What qualities do you believe are essential for fostering good teamwork in a healthcare environment?
16. How do you ensure confidentiality and data protection when handling sensitive information?
17. What do you know about the policies and procedures that govern mental health services in the UK?
18. What do you hope to achieve in this role over the next few months?
19. Where do you see your career progressing in the next few years, particularly within the NHS?
