The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Band 3 Receptionist/Administrator for the Solihull Community Perinatal Mental Health Team at the Maple Leaf Centre in Marston Green. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, requiring a friendly and approachable demeanor. The successful candidate will undertake various reception and administrative tasks, such as managing appointments, handling incoming mail, processing clinical correspondence, and liaising with multidisciplinary team members and relevant agencies.
