Main duties of the job will include, but are not limited to:- To lead and co-ordinate multi million-pound bid submissions, ensuring that the commercial team maintain control and ownership of all bidding opportunities To be accountable for bid and proposal responses to be appropriately responded to on time To provide Executive and Board level assurance of the forthcoming pipeline and live tenders/ proposals To understand Procurement policies/frameworks, including the Provider Selection Regime, the impact on the organization, and to support the development of a self assessment and output required To create a bid narrative with SME support ensuring that the bid reads as one, and meets the service specification and the vision is understood amongst the teams Lead on proposal strategy, the bid/no bid and qualify out process ensuring the right checkpoints are undertaken and auditable Lead service design workshops ensuring models developed meet the commissioner requirements and are both operationally delivered are clinically safe and working with Commercial modelling ensuring financial viability To work closely with the Head of Commercial Modelling to ensure that the commercial offer reflects the bid/proposal and has a clear strategy, including risks and reward Please see attached Job Description for full duties About us Please see the attached job description and person specification for full details including main responsibilities "}
