What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. What do you understand about the role of a Pathway Coordinator within the ENT Department?
2. Can you explain your understanding of the 18-week RTT (Referral to Treatment) pathway? How have you previously managed or implemented similar protocols?
3. Describe a time when you had to communicate complex information to a patient or colleague. How did you ensure they understood?
4. In your previous roles, what methods have you used to manage clinic schedules effectively and ensure optimum utilisation of available slots?
5. This role requires a strong team-oriented approach. Can you provide an example of how you have worked collaboratively within a team to achieve a common goal?
6. Describe a challenging situation you faced in a previous role related to patient referrals or scheduling. How did you resolve it?
7. What experience do you have with E-Referrals, Choose and Book systems, or similar electronic patient management systems?
8. How have you previously monitored clinic cancellations and compliance with referral standards? What strategies did you implement to improve performance?
9. Explain how you ensure data quality in your administrative work. What practices do you follow to maintain accuracy when handling patient records?
10. Can you discuss your approach to ensuring compliance with local and national standards in a healthcare environment?
11. How would you approach training a new teammate on departmental procedures and systems?
12. The role emphasises maintaining a professional attitude. Can you share an example of when your professionalism made a significant impact in your workplace?
13. Healthcare environments can change rapidly. How do you adapt to changes in policies or procedures, particularly when managing patient pathways?
14. How do you prioritise your tasks when managing multiple responsibilities in a busy environment like the NHS?
