The role would consist of a placement at four Practices in Northampton, giving an opportunity to gain valuable experience across different practices. We are looking for a GP with GMC registration and the following attributes; Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services; Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date; Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety; Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner. They should also demonstrate professional integrity with no suspensions or regulatory restrictions and agree to MMWF PCN employment terms within the PCN framework.
