What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you describe your clinical experience in outpatient settings, particularly in specialties such as General Surgery, General Medicine, Neurology, or Urology?
2. What led you to pursue a career in nursing, and how have your experiences shaped your nursing practice?
3. Have you ever worked in a multidisciplinary team? Could you elaborate on that experience and how you contribute to team dynamics?
4. How do you assess and identify the care needs of patients in an outpatient setting?
5. Can you provide an example of how you have effectively communicated with a patient and their family to ensure they understood their care plan?
6. Describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging patient or a difficult interaction. How did you manage it?
7. The Trust values 'Include, Respect, and Improve'. Can you provide an example of how you have demonstrated these values in your previous roles?
8. How do you ensure that you include patients in their care planning and decision-making?
9. What are your personal development goals in nursing, and how do you plan to achieve them?
10. How do you stay current with nursing practices and developments in health care?
11. Imagine you are faced with a high volume of patients and limited staff resources. How would you prioritise patient care in that situation?
12. Describe a time when you had to implement a patient care plan. What steps did you take, and how did you evaluate its effectiveness?
13. How do you ensure that the care you provide is research-based and aligned with best practices?
14. What approaches do you take to monitor and maintain high standards of patient care in a busy outpatient department?
15. What do you believe distinguishes outstanding patient care from good patient care, particularly in an outpatient setting?
