The role, as a fixed term contract for 12 months, will support the Trust to implement the new Inpatient Strategic Plan. The role will co-produce with people who use services, their carers, supporters, the ICB and stakeholders from both statutory and non-statutory organisations the transformation of our current inpatient provisions and alternatives to admission including as well as new innovations and services for the communities of Sussex. Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust (SPFT) operates a centralised Transformation & Change function, enabling the Trust to deliver its major change programmes, to improve outcomes and deliver better value.The post holder will take a lead on the inpatients strategic programme and support the wider acute and urgent care transformation portfolio .
