The postholder will support the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of our projects and programmes, ensuring efficient and effective partnership working between the acute providers to deliver transformation of services for patient benefit. The Project Support Officer within the team provides analytical, monitoring and project support for the APC's improvement and transformation programmes. Key responsibilities are to: Own and maintain the project and CIP trackers, ensuring that they are kept up to date and reflect the transformation and improvement projects and programmes. Interrogate a variety of data sources, including Model Hospital, GIRFT and Right Care in order to support the identification of opportunities for driving improvements in quality, efficiency and transformation. Provide regular and accurate reports to feed into monthly reporting, including providing support to regular governance forums and preparing papers. Provide support to project leads in developing improvement and efficiency projects, taking on responsibility for owning and driving projects where possible.
