The role of Acute Provider Collaborative Project Support at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust offers an opportunity to contribute to the BOB Acute Provider Collaborative (APC), which includes partnerships with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The postholder will assist the APC team in transforming services to enhance outcomes and achieve financial savings while reducing variations and inequalities in patient care. Responsibilities include managing project trackers, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, preparing reports for governance forums, and supporting project leads in efficiency initiatives.

This position promotes a collaborative culture within the acute healthcare sector and requires a hybrid working approach, with office attendance needed 1 to 2 days a week. The role involves visiting various sites to facilitate partnerships among the acute providers, aligning with the Trust's values of compassion, aspiration, resourcefulness, and excellence.
