The post holder works under indirect supervision of the Paediatric Outpatient Ward Manager and undertakes task and duties delegated by team leader or a suitably qualified, regulated professional. They will work collaboratively with the Multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures while providing supervision to more junior staff across paediatrics. To pro-actively participate in the planning, assessing, implementation and evaluation of patient care as part of the multi-disciplinary team throughout the patient pathway using research based practice.
