The post holder will carry out first line fixes; with remote access where required and assist the Systems Administrators in the resolution of first line fixes, through mentoring and feedback. When incidents cannot be resolved first time the post holder will assign the calls to the relevant teams. The post holder will actively contribute to the transformation of the in-house Service Desk.
