They will be a great communicator, and have the ability to think on their feet. Candidates will be expected to have or to be able to gain at least a level 2 food hygiene level of knowledge The role will include basic kitchen duties as well as assisting in food service to our service users. The role will be based at Rivington Unit Royal Bolton Hospital. To provide a customer focused service. Cleaning of crockery, pots and pans. using a dishwashing machine and manually washing. Preparation of hot and cold food items, service of patient and other meals or functions. To adhere to safe working practices in all aspects of hygiene management. To adhere to safe working practices in all aspects of risk management and security. Carry out general and specialised cleaning tasks in accordance with Trust procedures.
