Develop close working relationships with the Ultrasound clerical lead in St Albans City Hospital, clerical leads at Hemel Hempstead Hospital and Watford General Hospital. Work across various areas of the Radiology Department, i.e. X-ray, Reception, Ultrasound Appointments Office, MRI, CT, Maternity Ultrasound, Breast Imaging Reception, Image Transfers and CD burning and A&E X-ray. Implement policies for own area and propose changes for work practices identifying opportunities for improvement within the Radiology Department via Leek and clerical meetings.
