Please see attached Job Description for further details.To work under own initiative (without close supervision) but with the day-to-day support from the Materials Managers/Project Team and senior staff members, across Health Board sites. To communicate effectively to stakeholders, suppliers, various departments, and senior members of staff. To provide support across all 'go-live' sites. To manage and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, within wards/departments and assist with reviewing par levels on a regular basis. To assist Stock Controllers with achieving rationalisation of stock by optimising stock levels and dealing with slow or non-moving stock.To ensure system generated cycle count tasks for checking stock quantities are monitored and actioned daily.To resolve queries with stock issues, including stock deficiency, damaged goods, and unclear orders, using own initiative and provide advice for corrective procedures to minimise the risk for future events.To utilise various computer systems that assist with the implementation of Scan for Safety.
