Responsibility for providing assurance that high nursing standards are met in the treatment of service users as a full and integral part of multi-disciplinary teams and services; whilst overseeing referrals to and exits from the service. Responsible for appropriate clinical risk assessment of service users. Providing effective advice, guidance and decision making processesculminating in the coordination of any reviewed plan of care.
