The Band 7 Team Manager for the Home Treatment Team at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for providing leadership and management of the service, ensuring the delivery of care in a safe and therapeutic environment. The role requires a Registered Mental Nurse who is self-motivated and able to navigate a challenging work setting while serving as a positive role model for staff, reflecting the organisation's values.

Key responsibilities include overseeing clinical practice and development of team members, maintaining high nursing standards, conducting clinical risk assessments, and managing referrals and exits from the service. The Team Manager will also be expected to provide effective communication, guidance, and collaborative decision-making for the planning and coordination of care for service users.
