Band 7: £46,148 to £52,809 a year per annum, pro rata  FIXED TERM 

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated team players to provide sound leadership and management of the Home Treatment Teams and to actively participate in the day to day running of the service.

You will act as a positive role model for staff in a manner that positively reflects the philosophy of the service and the values of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for Registered Mental Nurses interested and committed to delivering care within a safe, secure and therapeutic environment.Successful applicants must be able to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will need to demonstrate a range of skills including effective communication, empathy, self-awareness, and critical self-reflection skills.

  • Provide a clear and robust focus for clinical leadership and professional clinical guidance and will have lead responsibility for the development of clinical staff and their practice within the team.
  • Responsibility for providing assurance that high nursing standards are met in the treatment of service users as a full and integral part of multi-disciplinary teams and services; whilst overseeing referrals to and exits from the service.
  • Responsible for appropriate clinical risk assessment of service users.
  • Providing effective advice, guidance and decision making processesculminating in the coordination of any reviewed plan of care.
