Manual Handling and Equipment Use: Safely handle equipment and supplies, with or without mechanical aids, in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Shift Work: Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a 24/7 shift pattern to ensure constant supply chain support. The role follows an 8-week shift pattern and requires participation in an on-call rota. A recruitment and retention payment: 5% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum of £1,258 and a maximum of £2,122. Flexible working opportunities where the role allows. Generous annual leave entitlement: 27 days plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time), increasing to 29 days after five years and 33 days after ten years.
