This is an exciting role as you will have the opportunity to provide expert clinical leadership to our team, deliver clinical operational performance, and simultaneously work with the operational management team to focus on continuous quality improvement. You will be supporting a talented group of local clinical staff including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, rehabilitation engineers and rehabilitation engineering technicians. You will work closely with the clinical director and clinical leads/managers from the other AJM wheelchair services. We have developed strong professional excellence sharing networks across the organisation and have an embedded quality assurance framework. You will promote the service and work of the organisation through relevant national bodies, such as the Posture and Mobility Group, and professional bodies. This role provides you with the opportunity to focus on offering your vision and leadership to improve the quality of service user outcomes.
