You will also provide senior clinical leadership and support into the daily operational meetings such as flow and staffing, taking responsibility on a rota to be the representative and lead for medicine nursing teams for the day. You will hold delegated responsibility for the Divisional IPC portfolio and will provide assurance on behalf of the care group into Divisional Groups, managing governance including complaints, incidents and risks as a core element of the role.
