Healthcare Partners requires a Project Support Officer (PSO) who will be expected to provide project support expertise and service to all its programmes and in particular the CASIC programmes as a member of the Healthcare Partners team. o Support in the tracking of Programme status, progress, risks and benefits and refining the processes and tools in use.o Support the Programme Manager to implement, maintain and continually improve a project administration system to ensure that all Programmes are tracked and benefits captured/delivered on time - e.g.- Assist in administrative duties to support the delivery of Programmes - e.g.:o Supporting the completion of Programme Initiation Documentation ('PIDs'): risk registers, Gantt charts, milestone plans, highlight reports, action and decision logs, stakeholder analysis, benefits identificationo Quality check all Programme/project trackers before they are circulated and presented at Steering Groups or Boards as requiredo Responsible for Programme governance documentation and templateso Ensuring the filing structure is maintained and all correct documentation are in the right place for easy access of informationo Maintain a register of Programme/project standard templates and ensure the most up-to-date versions of these are accessible on the intranet.o Support by producing reports that contain sensitive change and performance data; this also includes creating, updating and giving PowerPoint presentations.o Support the development and submission of Business Cases.
