We are looking for applicants with a keen interest in working with the client group served by EIP and a desire to effectively support their families, to join a dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive team to support individuals on their recovery journey, holding a caseload and practising an holistic and person centred approach to the individuals needs and goals. A good understanding of the principles, ethos, assessments and interventions associated with working within an Early Intervention in Psychosis team will be key. We provide additional training and support to contribute to the successful delivery of a high quality NICE concordant service, including Behavioural Family Therapy (BFT) Additional training will be offered to equip the person to undertake evidence based interventions for example BFT, psychosocial and CBTp informed interventions.
