The post-holder will provide extra time, capacity and expertise to our practice team to help us to improve the care provided to our patients. Processing private medical report requests. Applying rotas for GP/nurse/PCN making amendments where required. Estates make sure all maintenance is up to date. Renewing of certificates for health and safety. Maintaining practice schedule of audit requirements. Processing patient documentation upon receipt at the surgery into patient records. All general administrative clerical duties, including typing letters, photocopying, filing etc. Processing and update registration links and workflow SCRs on a daily basis. Processing patient records coming in or leaving the practice. Updating patient data bases. Attending practice meetings as minute taker. Carrying out tasks required to support PCN. Organising of patient care including data inputting. "}
