Watlington Medical Centre located in Kings Lynn, are seeking a part-time clinical care coordinator to join our team. We are flexible to days and hours so please apply for more information.

The post-holder will provide extra time, capacity and expertise to our practice team to help us to improve the care provided to our patients.

  • Processing private medical report requests.
  • Applying rotas for GP/nurse/PCN making amendments where required.
  • Estates make sure all maintenance is up to date.
  • Renewing of certificates for health and safety.
  • Maintaining practice schedule of audit requirements.
  • Processing patient documentation upon receipt at the surgery into patient records.
  • All general administrative clerical duties, including typing letters, photocopying, filing etc.
  • Processing and update registration links and workflow SCRs on a daily basis.
  • Processing patient records coming in or leaving the practice.
  • Updating patient data bases.
  • Attending practice meetings as minute taker.
  • Carrying out tasks required to support PCN.
  • Organising of patient care including data inputting.
