Work safely at all times in accordance with Legislative requirements and practice policy and Procedures. Process clinical correspondence attaching to the patient record and accurately coding diagnoses, procedure and investigations as per the practice protocols. Pass appropriate issues to GP's and other members of the clinical team To manage the patient register for chronic conditions, inviting patients for follow up review.
