The post holder will support the Associate Director with contract creation, negotiation and management of the ICB's contract portfolio of commissioned services, having responsibility for developing effective, flexible, and innovative solutions for the management of contracts. An understanding and awareness of the commissioning cycle, the Procurement Act (2023) and the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) would be beneficial, as well as knowledge of the contract terms and conditions and payment mechanisms. The role involves collaborative working across the ICB and with Providers and Local Authorities.
