As a nurse you'll play a key role in assessing the nursing needs of the adults, children or young people that access our services, taking into account their medical, social, cultural and family circumstances. You will work as part of a team to effectively prioritise patient care and manage the flow of patients through ED. You will be able to respond to emergency situations and support people through their time in the Emergency Department. You will be able to communicate effectively with members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the needs of patients are met. About us Perform comprehensive assessment of patient nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care according to changing health care needs, including providing clinical expertise, advice and guidance in a specialist area of clinical practice to improve the overall care provided by the team.
