An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Involvement Lead (30hs - 0.8 FTE) to join the Policy, Involvement & Stakeholder Affairs Team, working in a friendly and supportive environment. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident individual who can work flexibly, independently, and prioritise tasks. Someone who can communicate effectively with a range of people and stakeholders, take a lead with involvement, engagement, and consultation activities and planning, and who is passionate about ensuring the voice of patients and communities are represented in the work that we do. The successful candidate will have experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders, using different methods to engage, and a commitment to reaching and listening to the local community. This role will be based in Teesside but will provide engagement and involvement support across the North East and North Cumbria region.
