In this role, you will serve as the deputy to the Head of IT Operations and contribute significantly to both technical and strategic planning. In this hands-on position, you will lead the front-facing IT teams and ensure high service standards, whether provided internally or by external partners. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and play a crucial role in establishing KPIs/SLAs for IT service delivery. You will oversee the implementation and refinement of ITIL processes across BHFT, applying ITIL best practices, policies, and procedures. Your expertise will be essential in managing budgets and spearheading large-scale IT projects.
