With an integrated approach to health care you'll have the opportunity to work across different sites and you'll develop innovative and effective approaches to patient care and service delivery across a large geographical area. To provide day to day care for patients under supervision of a registered nurse which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the patients care and treatment. With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well with both colleagues and patients. You should have the vision and ability to help move the service forward, while getting the best out of your colleagues and team, and will never compromise on quality, treating others with respect and dignity. We believe in accountability, but we also believe in shared responsibility - so you'll have plenty of peer support too.
