We are looking for a Band 7 Specialist Older Adults Psychiatry Liaison Practitioner to join our Psychiatry Liaison Service at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey, Surrey. The successful candidate will be involved inundertaking initial assessments and follow up reviews of older people presenting with mental health issues and/or dementia at St Peter's Hospital (currently inpatient wards and A+E). They must be able to work flexibly within the team and provide supervision to a team of nurses. The posts require shift working.
