Based at Bassetlaw Hospice in Retford you will lead the clinical teams working across the service. This includes the day to day oversight for all clinical staff working within the inpatient unit and day services and overall responsibility for the safe running of the unit. The role will include deputising for the other Clinical Team Leader in her absence and supporting the Head of Service in duties as required. The role will have visible clinical and management leadership responsibilities ensuring delivery of the Inpatient clinical services and in achieving all quality improvement and performance targets, including uptake of clinical supervision, mandatory training, PAD's and undertaking clinical audits.
