As part of our dedicated team, youll provide spiritual care to patients and their families in our inpatient unit, day services, and the wider North Derbyshire community. You will assess spiritual needs, participate in care planning, and guide meaningful conversations about hope, meaning, and belief. As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, specialising in hospice care, you will play a vital role in delivering the service by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patients and families at every stage of care. You will offer expert advice on spiritual, religious, and cultural beliefs, participate in community outreach activities, promote open conversations about death and end-of-life care whilst developing a spiritual care service that is tailored to support the spiritual needs and values of all patients and their family. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, open-minded, and motivated to create a compassionate, responsive spiritual care service.
