About us The post is a system wide role working with BSW partners across health, care and theVSCE sector and the internal ICB organisation. Thisactivity would include leadership and oversight of the NHSE EDI High Impact Action plan,Equality Delivery System, gender pay gap and wider EDI demographic workforce reportingsuch as WRES and WDES.
